I got one! Not to mention a fuller face, bigger boobs, and a bigger butt! I will post the first pic I took at the beginning later, it was a belly only shot.
So, 17 weeks! I had an OB appointment yesterday with a Dr I didn't care for, but she is only one of many in the practice. She told my I am short, so that is why I have the belly already. Gee thanks, I had no idea I was short! It was a short visit, weight check (up 10 lbs total so far) and listen to the heartbeat. Everything sounded great. I think I felt the baby move under the doppler wand too, very odd feeling! I said "what was that?", the evil Dr just looked at me and was like duh...."it was your baby". Ok, so I am a bit new to this...how should I know?
I go back again in 4 weeks, different Dr. My U/S is still scheduled for 2/14, can't wait!
I have a big order in to Old Navy and Gap, shipped yesterday! I think I got 4 shirts, a winter coat, and flannel PJ pants.....all maternity! Everything was on clearance too, I saved $128!!!! Woohoo!
This week baby is the size of an onion they say......so odd, it must be a big onion (5.1 inches and 5.9 ounces is average for the week)!
Baby's skeleton is hardening, changing from rubbery cartilage to bone, and fat is finally accumulating around it. The umbilical cord is getting thicker and stronger, and those little fingers and toes are now topped by one-of-a-kind prints.

Oooooooh. So cute. Don't feel bad about the "short" thing. AuntB did it twice at 5'2. 16 weeks was the number for movement. First an occasional light and fleeting flutter. Soon, you'll feel it everyday, then all the time, to down right annoying as you get repeatedly kicked in the ribs. No kidding! Thanks for posting the picture. You look absolutely glorious! Well babydoll --- that baby bump is absolutly something to be proud of and yes the flutter feels so nice -- you have heard the heartbeat but to feel the movement of Bitty is ultra fun isnt it?
