As you move into the second trimester, baby shifts into the growth and maturation stage. After weeks in the critical development stage, almost all of baby's systems are fully formed.
Opps, I am a day late with my update! I blame it on the holidays! This plum looks small, almost grape like.....I am not sure where they come up with these produce comparisons!
I am happy to report that I feel great! Morning sickness ended, and ended with a bang! Last week I updated that I felt good and then it had ended and I was sick again. Well. it turned out that I came down with the stomach bug right after M/S ended! M/S had nothing on the 24 hour bug, I was so horribly sick that I would have rather it have been M/S! Yikes, thankfully it went away quick and DJ didn't get it!
I now however can not stop eating! I fear that I am gaining more weight than I should, which will make it hard to lose after Bitty is born. I hope I can get this in check soon, but for now.....if Bitty wants it, Bitty gets it!
Today is my last day of work until January 2nd! I am so excited to have some time off, I hope to get the house back in order and make some good meals! We are not traveling for Christmas, just visiting family that is local. My shopping is almost done, I just need a couple more stocking stuffers for DJ. Everything is wrapped too, go me! Sabre is going to camp today since I will be off for awhile, he will be crazy if he doesn't get his weekly play time with his buddies! I hope to leave early enough to swing into Dunkin Donuts and grab some munchkins for his "teachers"!
Nothing else really going on. Miss Stella is on a eating plan, switching all their food again and she gets 1/3 cup a day total. I feed her breakfast and dinner, both of which she is very eager to eat (meow, meoooow, meow). Her bowl sits empty all day, yet the other kitties have food all day (nope, she still hasn't figured out that she could jump up to the dresser and eat).....my poor girl.
Merry Christmas!

Why is Stella on a diet?
'Cause she is a chunk! Her belly rounds out on the sides, the Vet said she is too fat. She would eat all day if I kept her bowl full, she has no idea when she is full! Our other girls have the saggy belly (mainly comes after being spayed), but poor Stella is round.
