Almost ready to come out of hiding!

As of now, the only people who know about my blog are fellow nesties. You girls know about our struggles, so posting about them here is no big deal. I like to share. Since I know I get great information from others, I hope to help others out as well.

My family and friends however do not know about our struggles yet. We haven't been ready to share, or maybe it is just me thats hasn't been ready. I don't want pity, I don't want to be treated different. I just want support, but fear a lot of questions. I guess questions would be expected at first, and would hopefully die off quick. That being said, I am starting to get a little excited about sharing. Everyone thinks we don't want kids right now, shit....if they only knew, right?

Anyways, I am excited about this cycle. It is our second cycle on follistim, and I like this drug hands down over clomid. I have my follie check tomorrow, to see how we are doing after 3 nights of stims. My dose is slightly lower than last cycle, I responded too quick last time. No problems from it, but they had cut my dose in half after 3 nights last cycle. Maybe a lower dose will grow more quality follies, slower? I am not sure. I am hoping for a similar schedule as the last, as that would put our iui on Sunday. Ah, I love hoping for something that will likely not happen. That would be too perfect and easy, and we all know this is never perfect OR easy!

This blogging thing is getting much easier, I hope I am not boring my readers. It will get better, I promise!

Hey there! To answer one of your questions - I THINK the lower dose will help you grow better quality eggs, rather than a higher numbre of lower quality eggs. Basically quality vs. quantity? Don't quote me, though!

Hi, I am also a nestie just starting out in the blog world. I hope I am not boring anyone on my blog. I added you to my list of blogs I read because I will be starting follistim next cycle. I was on Clomid and had horrible night sweats! So,I would to hear about your time on it. Any side effects? Or should I avoid anything while on it?
Thanks,
