It is time for a blog

I guess it is time to create a blog. I read others blogs, some daily. These people don't know me, however I follow their stories very closely. I assume that is ok, since they are public! I feel like a stalker at times, but I have a genuine interest in them. I never comment, but now that I have a blog of my own I will start.

I am hoping I can start to understand the "why me" questions I have. I hope that writing down my feelings will allow me to look at them and understand. I have never been one to journal, just never could sit still long enough to write! I am on the computer quite a bit, maybe typing will be easier than writing. Heck, maybe I can improve my typing skills while I am a it! I can't promise I will ever have anything interesting to post, or that I will post everyday. This will most likely begin as a place to vent, and keep track of my bitching!

Let me tell you a little bit about me, and what makes me...well, me! I am a very independent girl, I lived by myself from the age of 21 until I met DJ and we go engaged when I was 29 1/2! I loved living alone, I did quite well. I have a criminal justice degree, and used to work security. I am now a nanny, and have been with the same family for almost 3 years! I am growing my first veggie garden (and it's doing well!), I like to shoot guns, I like to travel, I am very silly, I burp like a trucker, I love animals, I like to eat steak with my hands, I LOVE food, I have OCD (so DJ says), I am a neat freak, I love reality TV, I love my family and friends with all I got, I have a major fear of commitment (my dad tells DJ that he is lucky he snagged me).....did I mention I liked food?

I am now going to go to the 5 blogs I have book marked, and say hello!
